Following on from posts on social media regarding EV vehicles in Autotests there seems to be a little confusion regarding EV passports. Bill Creevy @GMSC spoke to Michael Duncan at MSUK today regarding the subject, and this should clarify the situation:

EV / HEV cars can compete in AutoSolo / Autotest events without an EV passport, provided they are standard production vehicles.

All modified EV / HEV cars must have an EV passport to compete.
