GMSC AGM 2026
Glenrothes Motor Sport Clubs’ 2025 Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday the 26th March at 19:30 hrs in The Laurel Bank Hotel, Markinch, Glenrothes, KY7 6DB.
ALL 2026 GMSC members are eligible to attend and vote at the AGM.
The format for the meeting will be as per recent AGMs and agenda will be confirmed 7 days beforehand.
As in previous AGM’s the Club Directors and all committee member positions all automatically stand down, they are eligible for re-election if no other club member wishes to stand.
We would welcome members coming forward to help shape and run the club going forward.
Please send any nominations for joining the club Committee or proposals for discussion at the AGM to be received no later than Sunday March 15th. This is allow time for all members to be given time to see them before the AGM.
We need every member to email secretary@glenrothes-msc.com letting me know if you will be attending.
Remember it’s your club, this is a good opportunity to give your opinion to be considered by all club members and to help shape the direction of the club going forward.
