Autotest Regs 2015 Entry Form
1. Glenrothes Motor Sport Club Ltd. will promote a Clubsport status Production Car Autotest and a Clubman status Autotest on Sunday May 10th 2015 at Knockhill Racing Circuit, by Dunfermline, Fife.
2. The meeting will be held under the General Regulations of the RACMSA Ltd incorporating the provisions of the International Code of the FIA,these supplementary regulations, and any written instructions the promoting club may issue.

4. The event is open to all fully elected members of the organising Club and also members of the following invited Clubs: Dunfermline CC, 750 MC, Stonehaven & Dist. MC, Scottish Sporting CC, South of Scotland CC, 63 CC, EUMSC, Solway CC, GUMSC, Aberdeen & District MC, Berwick & District MC, East Ayrshire CC, Knockhill MSC, 55 CC and all other clubs who are members of the SACC.
5. All entrants must produce a valid club membership card.
GMSC Membership costs £10 per adult, £2 per junior( 16 or under), and may be applied for on the day.
6. The programme of the meeting will be:- Scrutineering starts at 10.00a.m., and any competitor not signed on by 10.45.a.m. may be excluded. First car starts at 11.00.a.m.
7. The Production Car Autotest will consist of 5 classes as follows :-
- Front wheel drive saloons up to 1400cc
- Front wheel drive saloons over 1400cc.
- Front wheel drive cars with no MOT.
- Rear wheel drive saloons.
- Rear wheel drive open and sports cars.
The Clubman event will consist of 6 classes as follows:-
- Front wheel drive saloons up to 1400cc
- Front wheel drive saloons over 1400cc.
- All specials and sports cars.
- Rear wheel drive saloons up to 1400cc.
- Rear wheel drive saloons over 1400cc.
- Production cars as per MSA Technical regulations F12.1 through to F12.4..
8. All vehicles must comply with RACMSA Technical Regulations.
9. Child Protection :- If competitor is uder 18, Entry Form must be countersigned by a parent or guardian. The Parent or guardian, or an appointed representative must be present during the competition and must sign on the competitors signing on sheet. If a parent or guardian will not be present, a responsible adult representative must be appointed, must show written authority from the parent or guardian to act as the child’s representative and must countersign the competitors signing on sheet.
10. Awards will be presented as follows in each event:-
1st in class- an award providing 3 or more start in the class.
FTD- an award.
11. The entry list opens on receipt of these regulations and closes finally on Sunday 10th May 2015. The entry fee is £15.00.

13. The maximum entry for the meeting is 60 and the minimum is 3. Should any of the above figures be reached the organisers have the right to amalgamate the classes or cancel the event.Entry will be selected by receipt. Entry fees may be refunded if cancelled 24 hours prior to the event.

15. Provisional results will be published as soon as possible after the event.(B13.1.B).
16. Any protest must be lodged as per 05.2
17.
{a} Details of the 6 tests will be available at signing on.
{b}Each driver will have 2 runs at each test with the better result to count.
(c) Timing will be by hand held watch.
(d) The starting signal will be 3,2,1,GO.
(e) The order of attempting tests will be in class order.
18. Practising will not be allowed.
19. Competitors will be identified by numbers, which will be provided by the organisers.
20. Marking and penalties will be as printed in the appropriate section of the MSA General Regulations.
21. All other General Regulations of the RACMSA apply as written except for the following, which are modified:-
F.4.4.3 Pylons may be less than 1 metre high.
