Notice To All Attending The Kingdom Stages Rally 2015

I have been asked by the RALLY COMMITTEE for Crail to point out the restrictive articles 166 and 167 of the Civil Aviation Authority with regards to small unmanned aircraft, ie drones, and they have expressly wished that these rules shall be strictly adhered to during the Curvy Kit Kingdom Stages Rally on 14th November.

Local police have been informed of the situation and have also requested that NOBODY attempts such from the roadside , which could lead to accident on a public highway.
